Thorough virus prevention measures for buses and taxis!

Yutaka Group's buses and taxis have four virus countermeasures!

① The entire interior of the vehicle is disinfected using Virusless Water (hypochlorous acid molecular water) and mist spray.
② We perform alcohol disinfection by wiping.
③ A first in Wakayama Prefecture! In addition to measures ① and ②, Yutaka has introduced a transparent infection prevention sheet between the driver and back seats to further reduce the risk of infection.
④ Cashless and contactless payment! No physical interaction with the driver is required, minimizing risk. Tablets are disinfected after each customer, ensuring a clean and safe experience.

Efforts to Maintain Safety

With the principle of reducing risks to zero as our top priority, all employees share a high level of safety awareness to ensure customers reach their destinations safely, reliably, and comfortably.

We also undergo safety training based on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s "Safety Management System" and hold in-house safety training and seminars to further enhance safety awareness.

Health Management

We are committed to maintaining good health. We also conduct daily health checks and provide comprehensive support for health.

In addition to regular health checkups, we conduct thorough face-to-face health checks, monitoring sleep, blood pressure, and alcohol consumption to ensure safe daily driving.

Furthermore, we regularly participate in "Health Seminars" to help drivers maintain their health and increase health awareness.

Training & Development

Prior to employment, we provide training based on driving courses from specialized institutions.

Additionally, we have a structured training system for customer service, as well as skill and etiquette improvement.

We also conduct health management programs, sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) testing, and emergency lifesaving seminars.

Driving Aptitude Test

We conduct driving aptitude tests, incorporating a mark sheet-based evaluation to assess whether drivers can operate vehicles safely.

We also provide practical training, including safe driving courses using simulators.

We can identify high-risk drivers through tests and evaluations. Additionally, by pinpointing specific driving challenges, we can implement more effective training programs.

Regular Safety Meetings

We hold regular safety meetings.

To prevent traffic accidents, it is essential to anticipate potential risk factors for accidents in various driving situations and take appropriate measures to avoid them.

We incorporate NASVA’s danger prediction training sheet into our safety education program.

Hospitality Training

We conduct hospitality training based on the motto "Customer First."

Through hands-on simulations, each crew member gains a strong awareness that "drivers are in the business of serving customers."

They are trained to always be attentive and considerate from the customer’s perspective.

Additionally, door service is consistently provided in our taxis.
